Ah crazy night last night seeing Blackstar, Mos Def, Talib Kweli, De La Soul and Rakim at the Hammersmith Apollo.
There was even time for a few drinks in Richmond before hand which is always a double thumbs up super plus! Ha Ha!

Yesterday I was off to Watford for a little graffiti action with Jim, who I run a boiler insurance with – always nice to get involved in a little art and develop my inner artist. Below you can see one of my efforts. It was a great chance to enjoy the good weather in London and take a break from Mayfair, Soho and the Royal Wedding which took over the West End.

On Saturday night I was out celebrating a good friend, Geoff’s, Birthday.
It was the usual drunken shenanigans on our table with Champagne and Vodka arriving in bulk with the obligatory sparklets adorned on them.
Saturday Night at Embassy
After a bit of a break from my promoting job after a very hectic six months I am ready to submerse myself back in to that crazy world. After a little reshuffle I am now hosting my art class at the same time as my weekly networking event as, to be honest, the networking event has not been well attended.
This has amazed me in some sense because I think it is such an amazing opportunity to meet people that are useful for developing your business – including me!
Well one advantage is that I have more of an excuse to enjoy a glass of wine at 7pm on a Tuesday as you have to drink wine at networking events, it’s the law!

Art class again this Tuesday, always a very relaxing evening…
Forbidden London in association with acclaimed artist Sanja Sakic, present the first in a series of nude sketching and drawing classes.
Art in Mayfair
With both male and female models to be your muses you will love the opportunity to develop your sketching and drawing skills in a relaxed and friendly environment alongside fellow art enthusiasts.
The class is very informal with minimal direction allowing you to enjoy practicing and honing your skills whether you are an experienced artist or you just want to give things a go for the first time.
All drawing materials are provided – pencils, rubbers, paper, drawing boards etc.
The price of participation is £10 which goes towards the costs involved with running the class.
OK, you probably don’t care that I had sushi from the Japan Centre for a early evening snack but I do because it was tasty!
Tonight we are off to London club Embassy for a little party in honour of my friend Geoff’s birthday party. It seems that Spring is the month for birthdays as I have been to about 6 in the last few weeks.
Embassy is always great and I am delighted to be there tonight especially as the club has just signed-up for the Forbidden London Directory.

Obviously not here. Perhaps I am working with one of the best clubs in London or busy planning new website development. I could be conducting a restaurant review, judging a modelling competition or running down Oxford Street on the way to an important meeting in Soho or Mayfair related to my concierge company. Maybe these things are all wrong and I am simply at a Private Members Club listening to some celebrities gossip whilst smoking a shisha.
